Midwest Wildflower Honey is made by Honey Bees using the nectar from many floral sources.  Our honey is raw and not filtered.  This means you get all the healthy goodness of wild honey. Care of Crystalized Honey: Crystalized honey is a natural process that occurs in the jar and even in the hive. The honey is not “old”, “out of date”, or “ruined”.  The natural sugars in the honey are simply changing their structure and some years it happens quicker than others; it is based on the floral.  Some customers like this crunchy version of honey! However, to return your honey to its flowable state, simply place the bottle of honey on a metal jar lid, in a pan of water on the stove.  The water should not exceed 110 degrees.  Allow the honey to gently warm until the crystals dissolve.
